What We Offer
Beginning January 1, 2026, Our Place Adolescent & Young Adult Health will move to a fee-for-service model and will no longer be in-network with commercial insurance plans. You’ll pay at the time of your visit and receive an itemized “superbill” you can submit to your insurance for any out-of-network reimbursement.

Tip: If you need refills between visits, you’re probably due for a follow-up.

Portal Messages. If we can’t fully address a concern by message, we’ll help you set up a call or visit.
Payment Options
Credit card on file is required for all patients, with signed agreements to bill if fees are unpaid at time of service.
Sliding-scale discounts available for qualifying families (typically 75% or 50% of standard fees).
Payment plans can be arranged for larger or unexpected expenses.
CareCredit is welcome. CareCredit works like a health-care credit card and can allow you to spread payments over time-often with promotional interest-free periods.
